Flight School AI Visibility Audit Terms

These terms apply when you buy the Flight School AI Visibility Audit from AeroVisible ("we," "us"). By checking the terms box at the school-specific checkout and paying, you ("you," the client) agree to them.

Version 1.1 applies to purchases made on or after October 14, 2026 (or the actual publication date if this version is published later). Anyone who purchased under an earlier school-terms draft remains governed by the version they accepted at checkout; these terms do not retroactively change that agreement. These are separate from the broker AI Visibility Audit Terms. Flight schools use these school Terms; aircraft brokers use the broker Terms. One Privacy Policy covers both.

1. WHAT YOU GET

We will deliver the Flight School AI Visibility Audit for one tested market or base:

27 test runs: 3 questions that prospective students ask, each asked 3 times on each of ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini (3 questions × 3 AI tools × 3 runs)

a competitor comparison showing which businesses those AI tools mention

the sources and citations we observed in those answers

a light review of your school website and public listings where evidence exists

a prioritized action plan (High / Medium / Low priority, with no fixed number of actions) and a 30-day checklist

a description of our methodology and its limitations

a PDF audit report

reasonable follow-up questions about the report by email for 14 days after delivery

Each $299 audit covers one tested market or base. Other locations or bases are not tested unless separately scoped, and any untested bases are reported as UNTESTED.

A pre-sale 27-run may be used only if it was 27/27 valid, passed QA on that exact version, is no more than 14 days old at purchase, has had no material change since, and its reuse is disclosed in the report.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price is $299 USD (founding price), paid in full upfront through the school-specific Stripe checkout. After payment, you complete the school-specific Jotform intake so we can match payment, company and intake. Taxes, if any apply, are extra.

3. TURNAROUND

We deliver within 5 business days after we have both your payment and your completed school intake form. If an AI tool is temporarily unavailable during testing, we will tell you and may add up to 3 business days. Temporary platform outages may delay delivery; they do not reduce the agreed 27-run scope across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini.

4. YOUR INFORMATION

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Anything we could not verify is marked "TO VERIFY" in the report. Please do not send passwords. Do not submit student personal information (see the Privacy Policy).

5. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee AI recommendations, visibility, mentions, rankings, positions, traffic, leads, enrollments, students, customers, revenue or any other business outcome.

6. AI ANSWERS CHANGE

AI answers vary by time, user, location, account state and model updates. The report describes what we observed on the test dates. It reports which businesses and sources the AI tools named; it does not claim to know why an AI tool named one school over another.

7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

ChatGPT, Google, Gemini and online directories belong to third parties. We do not control them, and their terms or availability may change.

8. OWNERSHIP

Once you have paid, you may use the report for your business. We keep ownership of our methods, templates and question library. We may use anonymized, aggregated findings to improve our service, and we will never use your name without your permission.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the service. We do not share your report with your competitors.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

You receive a full refund if you cancel before testing begins. Once testing has begun, the audit is generally non-refundable. If AeroVisible cannot complete the agreed 27-run audit using ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini because one or more required platforms remain unavailable, we will notify you. You may choose either (a) to wait for the required platform to become available, or (b) receive a full refund. We will not substitute a materially different testing methodology without your agreement.

11. IMPLEMENTATION IS SEPARATE

The audit contains recommendations only. Implementation, monthly monitoring and content are separate services with their own terms and pricing. Not included: implementing changes, ongoing monitoring, or any work not listed in Section 1, unless separately agreed in writing.

12. LIABILITY

Our total liability for the audit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
